SPL35 FL Trimless LED Channel
The SPL35 FL is an upgraded version of the successful SPL35 LED channel. With additional accessories, this aluminum LED extrusion can be installed without trim, significantly reducing ceiling visibility compared to a standard recessed LED channel with noticeable flanges. This trimless mud-in setup is gaining popularity in modern homes and commercial spaces that incorporate recessed linear lighting designs. Maintenance is simplified since the LED channel is removable (mounted on strong magnets) and not permanently bound to the drywall structure.
While retaining a classic appearance, the SPL35 FL trimless LED channel provides enhanced functionality. Internal reflectors increase light output by approximately 20%, depending on the luminaire configuration and the chosen diffuser.
This architectural LED extrusion offers three light diffuser options: prismatic (minimal light reduction), opal, and transparent. A new choice is available for mounting mid-power and high-power LEDs. Like its predecessor, the SPL35 FL provides three professional installation methods: trimless (plaster-in), surface-mounted, and suspended linear pendant lighting.
The SPL35 FL LED channel features a high thermal transfer capacity of up to 36W/m at 25°C, ensuring a stable operational temperature of 55°C. It can be equipped with specialized accessories such as linear and corner LED channel connectors, cable ties, trimless mounting magnets, and aluminum end caps.
