RPLW116 Recessed LED Profile

The RPLW116 is an architectural LED profile with a super wide diffuser that measures 116mm in width. The primary challenge was to achieve uniform light diffusion across the entire width while maintaining a relatively low profile and ensuring dot-free light diffusion. This was accomplished by utilizing power LED strips placed on both sides, calibrated for optimal heat dissipation.

This high-capacity linear heat sink for LED strips features an aluminum body weighing 1.4 kg/m and provides a cooling capability exceeding 55W/m at Ta=25°C. The profile and internal shape have been optimized to minimize light ray reflections, enhancing the overall light efficiency of the lamp.

The side-mounted LED strips offer a broad light angle of 160°, all within a slim body measuring just 30mm in height. This design makes them ideal for low gypsum ceilings with limited space, as well as for installation in medium to high ceilings where the 116mm diffuser fits perfectly—not too big and not too small.

The product includes various aluminum accessories, such as a linear connector, an end cap, and a mounting bracket.
