ALU ROUND 52 Surface LED Profile
It is a new round profile made of anodized aluminum, designed for mounting LED light sources. The diameter is 52 mm, and it accommodates strips with a width of 20 mm that comply with the Zhaga standard (featuring contoured channels for mounting screws), while also concealing a linear power supply with standard dimensions of 30 x 21 mm. Thanks to a sufficiently large heat transfer surface, it was also possible to reduce the weight of the profile. It is safe for use with high-power LED strips (36W/m) without exceeding a temperature of 45 degrees Celsius (ambient temperature 25 degrees C).
The high stiffness of the profile also allows for its use in construction applications, such as illuminated frames and hangers in cabinets. Additionally, ALU-ROUND52 has a modern and professional appearance. It can be combined into long suspended lines and connected at a 90-degree angle.
Depending on the application, we offer our clients two types of UV and damage-resistant covers: matte and transparent. Additionally, the ALU ROUND52 features a reflector that aligns the lens luminance and enhances the luminaire by 10-18%, depending on the light source. This modern profile can be used for hanging lighting, artistic lighting, and illuminating stores.
