ALU EPOXY Suspended LED Profile

This high-performance aluminum LED profile features extended fins that promote efficient heat dissipation with the surrounding air. It includes a dual-row spacing design, providing versatility for various LED strip uses, such as standard low or mid-power rigid constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) LED strips. The housing is compatible with standard light diffusers, including opal/frosted and transparent/clear options. Furthermore, the ALU EPOXY profile can be filled with optically clear silicone resin, enhancing its IP rating protection rate to IP65, making it ideal for outdoor lighting applications.

Effective cooling is essential for extending the lifespan of LED components. Load testing results indicate that this profile has high thermal conductivity. It quickly absorbs heat from the LEDs, distributes it throughout the aluminum surface, and exchanges it with the surrounding air. It successfully handled a heavy power load on a dual-row LED strip at 36W/m, with an ambient temperature (Ta) of 25° Celsius and a junction temperature (Tc) reaching 56° Celsius, all while maintaining stability during intensive load testing.
